MISSING MAN UPDATE: BODY FOUND IN FAR NORTH

Dane Kawalski missing since mid December

Police searching in the Far North of South Australia have located a body believed to be that of missing man Dane Kowalski.

Searchers made the discovery just after 12.30pm today. Police are providing support for the family and friends of Mr Kowalski and will prepare a report for the coroner.

Mr Kowalski was last seen on 13 December in Melbourne and was thought to be travelling to Darwin. Continue reading

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING for DAMAGING WIND

For people in parts of the Flinders, North West Pastoral and North East Pastoral districts.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging wind gusts of 90 to 120 km/h
in the warning area over the next few hours and then weaken. Locations which may
be affected include Marla, Coober Pedy, Roxby Downs, Leigh Creek, Oodnadatta and
